ustin went on to have an 11 year Professional Basketball career. Justin played professionally in Germany, Romania, Puerto Rico, and Mexico-- where he was named the Team Captain for six consecutive seasons. Justin was selected to represent the country of Mexico and play for the Mexican Men’s National Team in 2015, which was especially meaningful for Justin since his Mother's side of the family is of Mexican descent. Retiring as a Pro Athlete in 2017, Justin continued his career in basketball as a Player Development Trainer. Pure Joy Basketball is a player development company that specializes in shooting and footwork. The company has developed successful partnerships with various cities and school districts in Southern California, gaining contracts to provide athletic programming and curriculum for students. Post retirement, Justin also ventured into the world of investments and private lending. Naturally, he found himself in the world of real estate after learning about the reverse mortgage his 100 year old grandma was struggling with. Justin sold his grandmother's home for $101,000 over asking price 2020. Justin’s professionalism, charm, charisma, willingness to learn, and instinctive hustle sets him apart from other realtors. Justin is extremely kind and patient, but also very competitive-- you want him on your team!

🚌 Stay alert whenever there’s a bus in the area — remember, children may not look before running into the street.

🚌 Keep a safe distance when driving behind a bus, and expect frequent stops.

🚌 Stop when a school bus flashes red lights or extends its stop sign, no matter which direction you’re driving.

🚌 Remember that buses take longer to stop and have a wider turning radius than cars.

🚌 Be aware that buses must stop at all railroad crossings whether or not crossing signals are on.
