IN ESCROW! Woo! Another “interesting story” house. I’ve been working with the sellers since December 2019 😳 We’ve been through the pandemic, a baby being born and lots of renovations to their home. I applaud how much tenacity this young couple had to get them to this point. They wanted to sell for top dollar and we did just that, highest in their neighborhood for this size home! When we first sat down over a year ago I gave them a laundry list of improvements to make to their home and honestly did not expect them to do it all, but they did and then some! Easily more than doubling their investment. The end result was a beautiful home that had high demand. I’m super proud of this one and excited to help them with their next steps of finding their dream home. 🏡

This one went quick and for WAY over any other recent sales in the neighborhood. Needless to say, the sellers and I are pretty stoked. I give credit to a well-loved home and some recent renovations done by the sellers. “Spend a little make a lot” tactics. 👏 When it closes we can get into the nitty-gritty. Until then, I’ll post some tips and lessons for potential sellers and buyers to navigate this crazy market soon. 🤙

I think it’s safe to say The Lalamas were pretty stoked to be in their new home. Thanks so much for being awesome and letting loose. You guys were a joy to work with and I look forward to many backyard BBQs in the future. 😉 🎉

Congrats Christian & Charrissa!

SOLD!

This was one where there was a lot of, what I call, “tango” 💃 but we were able to pull it off and when the dust settled we were able to move the buyers in as scheduled.

All transactions can be difficult for a multitude of reasons, that’s when it pays off to be detail-oriented and thorough with your contracts 😉 ✍️

Stay tuned for a little celebration video of the happy buyers 🍾 🎉

SOLD BABY, YEAH!!

This was for Christian and Charrissa. Their family is growing up and it’s time for more space! Tomorrow we’ll see their new digs. So happy for you guys!! Interesting fact, they’ve only lived here for barely over a year and sold it for a profit! (Generally, that’s unheard of unless you’re flipping a house)

Lesson learned on this deal:
Work with your friends.
It makes the whole process a lot more fun! Obviously not all of my clients were friends before we worked together, but in this case this family was. Being able to share this journey with them is one we’ll continue to tell stories about for years to come. And if weren’t friends before, we sure as hell would be friends after all this😉

Side lesson:
When in doubt, go all out!
Even though the market is SUPER hot and anyone can sell a piece of dirt by just taking a picture with their phone we decided to go all out with marketing. Virtual tour, video tour, live Facebook tours, online ads, etc... Was it overkill? Probably. But it made it easier to sleep at night knowing we did everything we could, and all that effort paid off!🤘

Growth.

I’m not one to want to be in the limelight, but I realized quickly that being a secret agent is not the best way to grow. Once I started sharing what and I were doing I got a lot of feedback and people offering to help. I hoped people would raise their hands, but I didn’t expect it so fast, and it was all due to sharing these moments. So please forgive me taking this photo as I’m leaving the Corona Norco Settlement House at the last second. I have to keep reminding myself to post.

This drop off is just half of the 2nd round of the Holiday Food Drive. The other half went to the Pantry at . I can’t say enough how grateful we are for theirs and the Settlement House’s work to distribute this food to those in need. Thank you. Of course a HUGE thanks to all those that donated. Thank you!

Marisa and I have big plans and intend to keep doing things like this to build up our community. We know we can’t do it alone. @ Corona-Norco Settlement House

If you own a home, REFINANCE. If you rent, now is a great time to talk with a lender to see how much a mortgage would be for you. You never know if could save money or at least start building equity.

This is NOT cake. It’s real. Lowest rates in history = biggest bang for your buck. Might want to rethink renting.

Went to get 4 donuts for my son’s bday (1 for each in our family), walked out with 13 donuts, frosting and sprinkles because I never back away from a challenge. Kids had a blast and I ate so much I got sick. Good vibes all around.
