The listing agent & I went back and forth on how he wanted over list price & I kept fighting for my clients.... We came in under asking per the neighborhood comps.. He got 10 other offers & he called me ( BC I CALL PEOPLE ) and we were able to come to terms..

They sent MULTIPLE COUNTERS - We had to submit our HIGHEST & BEST offer...

However, It was only $5,000 from asking price .... We out beat OTHER offers that were $10,000 higher than ours , he stated it was because I was persistent , I communicated & I showed that I am going to close this deal....
