From 1994 to 1996 Brad worked in the foreclosure inspection side of home inspections and decided that a change was needed so Brad graduated from The School of Home Inspection in Atlanta Georgia in 1996. He then completed extensive classroom training at the Inspectech Professional Home Inspector Training School and began an apprenticeship and sub-cont
ractor relationship with an experienced inspector. Now with over 10,000 inspections performed, Brad brings to the inspection industry experience, thoroughness, and integrity. Brad is a member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). Brad excels above the minimum standards of continuing education required by CREIA by attending multiple continuing education classes year round, as well as the annual ITA and/or CREIA conferences. Brad's philosophy is that education and knowledge are key to a thorough inspection. Brad is a Certified Inspector of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).

Brad is a certified mold inspector through the Professional Mold Inspection Institute. Brad can be heard on KTIE 590 AM on the Real Estate Radio Network, “The Inland Empire Real Cents Radio program with host John Rigler”
The majority of properties Brad has inspected are residential, from condominiums to large estates, but he has also inspected and provided reports on numerous multi-unit, commercial, light industrial buildings and also provides inspections on single item inspections. to identify water intrusion issues.
