And this one is big because itā€™s going to create a frenzy in the market, pushing prices up and making it harder to get offers accepted. And, YES! We will see multiple offers and bidding wars.

Prediction 2: Buyers will become more discriminating in the homes they purchase
This will change how move-up buyers make decisions in prepping their own homes for sale.

Prediction 3: Inventory will surge and then thin out. You know what that means, right? Supply and demandā€¦ supply goes down, demand increases, and prices go up!

Most people wonā€™t be ready for this, but the ones who are will get a huge advantage.
