As the weather warms up, don’t forget to add Pool Inspection to your to do list!
We found heavy debris and sand buildup inside the float valve housing, which can interfere with proper operation and lead to constant running, water waste, or premature failure. 💧👀🏖️

This one was less “keeping the pool full” and more “quietly flooding the budget.” 🫣

If you can see daylight around your doors or windows, your house is basically sharing the A/C with the neighborhood.
Cracked or worn weather stripping = lost energy, higher bills, and drafts nobody asked for 😉
