Over the past year and possibly the last two , how many of you had said to yourself,I’d like to sell but where would I go? This has been one of the biggest issues sellers have had. With that being said , we have started to see a slight shift in the market. Inventory has picked up , homes are taking longer to sell and most not getting as many offers that they once were. So, anyone who had been wanting to sell , but worried about the purchase side. Now might be the time for you. OFFICIALLY IN ESCROW! 🙏

These past two years have been rough for many clients. When I received a phone call 3 weeks ago from my client, I was very taken back by how often I hear horror stories about agents and lenders not truly helping. This is the main reason I got into the industry, to change that reputation. NOT ALL AGENTS are the same.

With not only a deadline of May 31st to move and with the help of my amazing lender Erika Maldonado we were able to get our clients where they needed to be. BOOOM WE ARE IN ESCROW.
