Where do I even start?! Representing both the buyer and seller, coordinating the closing of two homes to make the next purchase happen… then BOOM — the house floods just days before closing!

Cue the chaos, contractors, cleanup crews, movers, and nonstop phone calls. But when things got wild, the troops rallied, everyone came together, and somehow we got the crazy train back on track. The seller went above and beyond to not only fix the damage, but make the house even better than before.

Against all odds, the house was repaired, the deals stayed together, and we still closed in just 2 weeks!
