I missed my grandson so much! He is so interested in everything! His normal mid morning feeding he is up till the next bottle. He just wants to talk and have some conversation and watching animals are his favorite ❤️. I can’t wait till I can understand what he is saying 😂 ❤️ ❤️

If only this were true! But selling a house actually takes a ton of work. Here's what an agent does for you:

1. Get the house ready for sale
2. Conduct a market analysis to price the house
3. Get listing photos done
4. Write the listing and post it
5. Set up all the marketing to get the house in front of the right buyers
6. Host open houses and showings
7. Analyze and qualify offers to present to the sellers
8. Negotiate on behalf of my sellers
9. Write up all the contracts
10. Help the sellers through the closing process

These are the basics to get a house sold. It’s so much more than just putting up a for sale sign, even for the most perfect house out there.

What a beautiful 🤩 morning in Southern California! Let's get some straight talk 🗣️about the Notice of Defaults that are popping up ⬆️and how to have the hard conversations. I have found that listening 👂is key 🔑 and Sellers are realistic once they are educated. Don't lose your home 🏡 to Foreclosure. Let me help you with your options. I have lenders for those that qualify and advise for those that don't qualify to refinance out of a Notice of Default. After 24 years I have seen it all!
