📊 Corona 92882 Market Update | Week of January 20
Here’s a quick snapshot of what’s happening in our local market, based on the latest Altos Research data:
• Median list price: $874,900
• Market Action Index: 45 (down from 49 last month)
• Inventory: 45 homes available, slightly tighter than last month
What this means in plain English:
The market has cooled a bit compared to last month, but we’re still in seller’s market territory. This type of slowdown is typical for January, which is usually one of the slower months of the year. Despite that, lower inventory continues to support prices.
If you’re a homeowner, this is still a strong position to be in.
If you’re a buyer, the slower pace can mean a little more time to think and, in some cases, better opportunities to negotiate.
