I have 5 great listings right now.... priced right too... They are just sitting. In 30 years of Real Estate I've seen all the ups and downs of the economy and we are definitely feeling the effects of inflation, health care costs, high interest rates right now. The stock market is good but not everyone is in the market and honestly that feels falsely inflated by AI in my opinion. I'm not sure if we can handle another two years of making America great.

My Memorial Day thoughts.... Have a beautiful day everyone.
"They did not fall. They rose — into every freedom we hold, every morning we wake, every child who grows up unafraid."
May we carry them forward in the quiet moments when we choose courage, kindness, and each other.
Rest in honor. Live in our gratitude
