Loved combining this charcoal colored hexagon floor tile with this custom wood vanity and mirrored trim to match. One bathroom tip we always love… built in niches on each side of the vanity for your bathroom essentials! 💕

Lots of reasons this kitchen turned out to be one of our favorite rooms in our latest custom home build! 😍But probably the features that took the cake 🎂 💕was the shiplap island front that actually are doors for additional storage, the waterfall quartz down sides of island and up range wall and the white oak wood beams in ceiling that were reintroduced in the hood and kitchen hutches as well as island.

Can’t think of a better way to kickstart the morning than enjoying a cup of coffee in this sun kissed breakfast nook. ☀️The windows, chandelier, and shiplap walls and ceiling really highlight this nook as a special place to enjoy a meal. Pancakes anyone? 💕☕️ 🥞 ☀️

Presenting our “Sunshine Home”☀️ Can you guess how this project got it’s name with that beautiful yellow dutch door! 🤗 I love this happy home with it’s sloped roof, cupola, breezy outdoor spaces, colors etc. It truly evokes the feeling of “summer days” year round. 😎
