Tomorrow is the tenth anniversary of the Port A for peace sign gathering on the beach just South of Horace Caldwell Pier in Port Aransas. People will gather tomorrow at 4:00 pm to form the giant peace symbol to celebrate Earth Day. People of all backgrounds and generations are invited to help form the peace symbol. If this holds true, the morning may start a little slow, but the afternoon is looking like prime kite-flying time once any showers move through. With steady breezes, you can expect to see more color filling the sky later in the day. Please also keep in mind a little wind is great, but too much of a good thing can keep some kites on the ground until conditions mellow out.
