What a ride! When I met the owner of 3618 Lawnview in the spring of 2025, the exterior of the home was in rough shape. I explained that even though the interior was getting fresh paint, and new flooring, if the outside is bad enough to not be able to accept a FHA or VA offer we should really focus our efforts there first! After careful consideration and bids, we had the siding redone.

We were under contract, - terminated. Decided to lease it, which ended before the renter even moved in - and all the while I was holding out hope that the right buyer was out there!

Fast forward to December. I was in Connecticut with family for the holiday's when I received a call from an agent who said they had a very interested buyer! Could this be what we have both been praying for? We received an offer, negotatied the details, had inspections, negotiated repairs, and saw it through to the very end! The buyer's agent (Kimberly Gonzales - with The KB Team & Associates) was a delight to work with and we had the same goal in mind - to help our clients achieve their goals.

This was not an easy task - and we worked months on end to finally arrive here! I am so thankful to have the trust of my clients and to guide them on closing the door on another chapter of their life.
