1929 Rhumba is closed! This was a record-setting transaction for me. I met these amazing sellers through some wonderful clients I've been fortunate to work with over the years. The first showing ended up being our perfect buyer. We went on the market Saturday afternoon and were under contract Monday evening. I was blessed to work with Jorge Botello who was just phenomenal to have on the buying side. Congrats to both parties!

And just like that we are under contract in less than 3 days! My seller clients understood the data provided from our current market, wanted to price competitively, and got the home ready for professional photos in a few days. Buyers from the first showing submitted a serious offer and the deal was done. I'm looking forward to working with this agent and their buyer and to help my sellers get their next dream secured.
