Built in 1928. 64 newly converted loft apartments in the historic Nueces Building located at beautiful Peoples Street at Chaparral. Originally just six floors in height, an additional four stories were added in the 1930's for a total of ten floors. As part of the renovation, the ground floor has been restored to its original historic appearance with wood store fronts ad recovery of the original transom windows and tile work above and below the first floor storefronts. The building's mechanical. electrical and plumbing systems are completely replaced along with the new fire sprinkler system. The building's first level houses the on site management office, lobby, Flex Fit Gym, a retail space and tenant storage lockers are available for rent in the mezzanine area. One and two bedroom loft apartments are in floors two through ten.
