Overall Functions: Performs safely various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Assists Lead Maintenance with work orders and also assists with repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market ready status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.

Essential Performance Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Prepares or assist in preparing all vacant apartments to a market-ready condition.
Performs various community maintenance functions. Records activity in maintenance log. These functions may include, but are not limited to:
Light Bulb Changes, Caulking, Vinyl Repair & Installation, Filter Changes, Painting, Preventative Maintenance,
Lock Repairs, HVAC Repairs, Install/Repair Window Coverings, Pool Maintenance and Appliance Repairs/Installation or removal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
