Now I expect sunshine, good local spots, and something fun to do without having to go far.

And every time I leave town, I’m reminded very quickly that apparently we’re a little spoiled here.

UNDER CONTRACT 🔑

So excited for my clients!! After working together for over a year, we finally found the home that checks all of their boxes and more. It makes me so happy to see everything finally come together for them!

Not only were we able to negotiate a reduced purchase price, but we also secured seller concessions to help keep more money in their pocket at closing, which is always a win!

I’m so excited for them to finally have a home here in Corpus Christi and so grateful to be able to guide them through this process. I can’t wait to see them make this house their home! 🩵

Living in Corpus Christi long enough means you already know what you’d miss first 🥹

For me, it’d probably be living five minutes from the beach, morning walks along the seawall, boat days that don’t require a special occasion, and being able to catch a sunset over the water pretty much any night of the week.

I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon, but if I ever did, I already know exactly what would make me homesick first.

Until then, I’m making the most of all the little things that make this season here so good.

Things that just make sense Palmilla Beach 🤭

Golf along the gulf, poolside cocktails, beach days, jaw-dropping homes. They really thought of everything over here!

And somehow, what they have planned for the future of the community is even better!! So excited to watch it all come to life.

This is your sign that it’s time to experience more than just going to the beach in Corpus Christi. 👏

These are the spots I’m always recommending because somehow people still haven’t been:

• First Friday’s Art Walk Downtown
• Go to a Hooks or IceRays game
• Local Farmer’s Markets
• Catch a concert at the Hilliard
• Try a new restaurant (El Camino & Rock and Rolls Sushi Lounge are some of my favs)
• Play a round of golf on the beautiful course at Palmilla Beach
• Watch the sunset on the water w/ live music and delicious drinks at Docs Seafood & Steaks

Because as much as I love the beach, there’s a lot more around here worth leaving the house for.
