Get ready for a spooktacular time at Halloween with the Hooks on October 29th!

A family event, presented by H-E-B, from 5:30-8:30pm! Children 17-and-under are admitted free, for adults' admission is $5. All proceeds will benefit the Hooks Help Foundation. Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Coastal Bend Food Bank at collection boxes as you enter!

Free Family Fun!

Join us for our third annual Great Pumpkin Rescue on Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the H-E-B Pool (1520 Shely Street)! 💦 🎃

Kids ages 2 to 17 can dive in to rescue a pumpkin. At 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m., up to 50 kids will dive each hour. The 10:30 a.m. session includes special needs/adaptive swim to join in the fun. Be sure to pre-register online to secure a spot! 🏊

Enjoy pumpkin decorating, music, and open swim after each rescue. Family and friends can cheer from the sidelines, and the pool will be open to everyone afterward.

A food truck will be on-site with delicious food and drinks for purchase! 🚎 First 30 sno-cones are FREE!

The Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to extend the summer schedule for all five of its splash pads from September 19 to October 18!

The extension aims to provide families with fun and enjoyable outdoor activities to stay active and cool during the warm weather. Over the summer months of 2026, we received roughly 100,000 visitors to all City-owned splash pads. For more information, visit https://cctx.info/4nWkTM9.
