Looking for a Door Knocker to go drive around to a list of addresses to meet up with homeowners to explain how we can Offer them a solution to help them through a difficult time of foreclosure process.

The main goal is to meet up with homeowners of the addresses, build a relationship with them for the first meet up and get a verbal agreement to have them sell their property for Cash .

I will provide training for what to say and how to say it

Location of all properties would be in Corpus Christi and surrounding cities such as Calallen, Portland and Flour Bluff

If you get that commitment you will get $1,000 at closing!!

My requirements for this job

* Must have their own Car.

* Must have a Cell phone.

* Must be determined to meet the homeowners after gathering list.

* Must be a go getter, a Hustler and a great talker

* Door knocking and sales experience preferred

* No I won’t supply you with gas money

* No It’s not a hourly rate job

Only a $1,000 commission at closing of each deal

Most appointments with homeowners are 15-30 minutes, this is when your skills come in play

Only you can determine how much would are willing to make !!

I’m Trustworthy and Loyal you will get paid for your work, I want to a worker that I can trust be built a long term relationship with.
