We are a local company that catters to those working in the Corpus Christi and surounding areas. Our goal is to provide room and board on a week to week basis for those who are looking for a short term or perhaps even long term due to work. Our properties are conviniently located by all refineries on I-37(Flint Hills, Valero, Citgo, Magellan, Buckeye) and 20 minutes to Cheniere/Betchtal and Kiewit. We are conviniently located about 6 mininutes from the new project taking place on the Harbor Bridge. Each House/Apartments are all fully furnished and are provided with full access to the usage of a kitchen. Prices do vary depending on location and are all required a $20 Non Refundable Deposit. The price for a single bed per week for a shared room are between $95-$120. When available we do offer a private room at a different price rate.
