Growing up I always heard that to be successful in life you needed to figure out what you would do for free and turn it into a career. I grew up around construction so I’ve learned what needs to come together to create a house. I began working at Habitat for Humanity at the age of 10 where I was the youngest regularly attending volunteer. I loved learning about all aspects that went into the building process. Even more than that, though, I loved seeing the look on the faces of the family when they were handed the keys to their brand new home. In 2007 I began working as a leasing manager of an apartment complex. I had the privilege of working for an amazing company that truly invested in their employees and received extensive marketing and real estate training. I have also owned a successful construction company and specialized in custom tile work and renovations which has allowed me to dive into the investment property market myself. I have experience managing vacation rental property, investment property, and multi-family housing in addition to purchasing and selling homes and can use that experience to effectively market your property.
