Annual Pay What You Please Trees event is going down this weekend at Sandia Bar in Corrales. It’s Saturday from 12-4 and trees will go fast. Same as the last events, all proceeds will be donated to local charities and it’s a fun day in the Corrales community. Would love to see some familiar faces if you can make it!

For the last 5 years we have looked forward to Christmas time and an opportunity to serve our community and those in need by doing a Pay As You Please Christmas Tree event. The idea behind it is anyone can come and buy a tree that we harvest and 100% of their donation goes to local charities. Those that can’t afford to buy a tree can take one for free, no questions asked. It’s become a fun local tradition and this year we raised almost $8,000 that will be split between the Presbyterian Hearing Institution and The Parkinson’s Connection of Central New Mexico. We are so thankful for our community for coming out to support and help! Thank you to The Akenhead Family, The Christmas Family/Ranch, Sandia Bar for hosting and all the volunteers that came out to help! It’s always a fun time and we look forward to next year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
