..FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Limestone and Navarro. In northeast Texas, Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Robertson.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The remnants of Tropical Storm Edouard are expected to bring a localized swath of very heavy rain to portions of the Flood Watch. While most locations in the watch will see 1 to 3 inches of rain, localized amounts of up to 6 inches will be possible through Thursday night.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
