Group fitness schedule for this week.

📢Starting this week, Pedal de Fuego is only on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15-6:00 AM.
📢Tread N Shred is still on pause.
📢Hyrox class is replacing indoor soccer Fridays at 8:30 AM.

👭We have buddy passes all month long. Want to bring a friend to your favorite class but they don't have a membership? Ask your instructor for a buddy pass and bring them along with you. If your friend decides to get a membership, their joining fee will be waived!

I'm happy to announce that the Y has found a replacement instructor for my morning classes, starting next week! I'll still be joining you all, riding alongside and cheering you on. I'm going to miss leading our classes, but I'm heartened to see how much they've impacted all of you. Thank you for being such dedicated participants - it's been an absolute pleasure getting to know each of you and witnessing your growth. I'm excited to see you all continue to thrive and reach new heights - keep moving, keep pushing yourselves, and remember how capable you are! ❤️🫶🏼💪🏻👏🏻🔥 🥹

This is the final week for evening classes, and I apologize for any inconvenience as I will be traveling with my husband for work-related purposes. We are seeking a replacement instructor for my morning classes, scheduled at 5:15-6:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please notify me if you are interested in assuming this role. 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️
