Our company is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.

Coordinating events as necessary.

Maintaining supply inventory.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Aiding with client reception as needed.

Experience as a virtual assistant.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Office Assistant Requirements:

High school diploma or associate’s degree.

Experience as an office assistant or in related field.

Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

Warm personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Great communication skills.

Have a valid driver license.

Work outside up to 5 days per week in all weather conditions completing landscape duties such as:

•Lawn mowing/trimming

•Pruning trees/shrubs

Sprinkler installations and repairs

Sod installation

Paver/Concrete Installations

Snow removal

General labor & MUCH more...

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Must be willing to follow directions/procedures as laid out by management

Ability to do physical work in all climates for 8-10 hours per day and lift 50+ lbs

Ability to work in a team of 1 or more

Must be able to work every day 5 days per week, with flexibility on weekends

Must be at least 18 years old

Landscape work experience preferred, BUT not required

Valid Driver's License is required and good driving record is preferred!

Willingness and the ability to do physical work

Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite or yard location

Must be willing to learn and understand landscape processes

Dependability is essential to the job !

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

All Seasonal Crew Members receive a salary that is based off of experience

Optional year-round employment plans
