The floors are Oak and the counter top is made out of the same Oak wood. A wonderful hardwood rolling cart can be a preparation island or serving table. The round maple wood kitchen table seats 4 people . The hall has a linen closet which is next to the bathroom so can be used as medicine cabinet and pantry. The bathroom has been renovated with black and white period tile with claw-foot tub and shower. The toilet is a dual flush to conserve water. The pedestal sink has a decorative mirror and make-up mirror with lots of light. A hair-dryer is also provided. The bedroom has newly refinished pine floors. The double wide closet is spacious and another small closet is redesigned as a computer desk cubby. The cottage has Wi-Fi via Verizon. The bed is queen sized with a new Beauty-Rest plush pillow-top ,mattress. The dresser is a double dresser with a 24 inch HD TV. The door in the hall opens to the garage where the new washer , dryer and iron and ironing board are located. Also two bicycles are available for your use. The garage open via two sliding glass doors to the back patio. The patio has a sunset view via the open lot behind the cottage complete with citrus trees and Royal Palms. The 6 person glass table with umbrella provides a place for entertainment. A gas grill is also available. Adirondack chairs are on the patio for sunset relaxations. Around the side yard of the house a two person kayak is ready for use with wheels to roll it to a nearby boat ramp for access to the huge Palma-Sola mangrove bay. The garage has a light tackle fishing rod for bay fishing and a heavy tackle rod for fishing off of the beaches or Anna Maria fishing pier.
