If there's one thing I've learned, it's that home isn't just a place—it's the life you build around it. ❤️
When I'm not helping clients buy and sell homes across Southwest Colorado, you'll usually find me soaking up every minute of summer with the people and things I love most.
Boating on the lake. 🚤 Exploring the mountains in our side-by-side. 🏔️ Golfing with friends. ⛳ Spending time with my husband Nick and our dogs. 🐾 Enjoying the incredible communities we call home. ☀️
These experiences are a big part of why I love real estate. I know firsthand what it means to build a life you love. Nick and I even built our own home together, and that journey gave me a deeper appreciation for what "home" truly means.
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities this career has given me—from being named Realtor of the Year, to serving on leadership teams at both the local and state levels, to giving back through community events like the Dean Hanson Scholarship Golf Tournament.
At the end of the day, though, my favorite title isn't Realtor, President, or Chairperson.
It's neighbor. Friend. Community member.

A lot of people who want to move are telling themselves the same thing: "Maybe I'll just wait until later this year."

But before you decide, make sure you understand what you could be giving up too. Because moving this Summer does have its advantages.

For buyers, it could give you more options in your price point. Historically, there are over 30% more fresh listings in the Summer compared to the rest of the year.

For sellers, it can mean a better sales price. Data shows, on average homes sell for 4% more in the typical Summer month compared to usual month in the Fall or Winter (when demand typically falls off).
