A little about me…

My name is Eric Balma. I was born in Owosso, MI and have lived in the area all of my life. I am a husband to a New Lothrop gal and a father to a newly inducted fellow Corunna Cavalier. I am very personable and look forward to meeting you. I started my career as a carpenter apprentice and as my knowledge and skill level increased, I became a Journeyman carpenter, both as commerc

ial and residential. I have worked on houses, cottages, restaurants, malls, and multistory office buildings. After 20 years in the trades, I geared myself toward home inspection by becoming a Maintenance Supervisor at two locations. The first was a 3 story apartment building for the Volunteers of America. The second, a large skilled nursing/ assisted living center. At both of these properties, I was responsible for maintenance and safety of all operating systems including; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and the physical structure. Certified through ICA #14320
