Astoria Waterfront was a full circle project for the Skyline team.

For years, this site sat unfinished on the waterfront as an eyesore in a town that means a lot to us. Being able to come back, finish the project the right way, bring new housing to the community, and turn this stretch of the waterfront into something people can be proud of meant a lot.

One of the first major projects we completed on the coast and still one we’re extremely proud of.

Demolition day is officially underway here at Stadium View Lofts and the existing building is finally coming down. After years of planning, design, engineering, coordination, and problem solving, demolition begins on this 70-unit Corvallis development. This will easily be one of the biggest and most challenging projects our team has taken on to date, and we’re excited to finally get moving. Salem Ave is really starting to take shape.

Willamette Valley Excavating is out here doing great work, pouring rock and dialing everything in as we push toward the final stretch. This phase may not always be the flashiest, but it is critical to how the entire project performs long term.
