Hello Residents,

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Summer BBQ Bash! We truly appreciate you taking the time to join us and hope you all enjoyed the food, drinks, games, as well as the time getting to know your neighbors.

We would like to congratulate Aidan, the lucky winner of the air conditioner! We hope it helps keep you cool for the rest of the summer.

Also, a special thank you to everyone who donated items to support our local men’s and women’s shelter! The amount we received was truly incredible and very much appreciated. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in the community!

We are so very grateful to have such a wonderful community of residents and look forward to seeing everyone at our next resident event!

Hello Residents,

You are invited to join us for our Summer BBQ Bash on Friday, August 21st, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the Resident Outdoor Space!

Enjoy burgers, hot dogs, lemonade, and an afternoon of fun with your neighbors and our team here at Veri! We’ll also be holding a raffle for a chance to win an air conditioner. Residents must attend to enter, with an opportunity for an extra entry by leaving a Google review.

For this event, we’ll also be collecting donations for the Men’s & Women’s Shelter here in Corvallis. Items needed for donation include clothing, shoes and socks, blankets and pillows, sleeping bags, tents, and towels.

We look forward to seeing you all at the event next Friday!

Did you know our Pet Spa is available for all residents to use and is located on the other side of the Leasing Office?

Whether your furry friend has been hiking the trails, playing at the dog park, or just needs a little freshening up, our convenient dog wash station makes bath time quick, easy, and mess-free!

Treat your pup to a spa day and keep them looking and feeling their best all summer long! We love seeing our four-legged residents enjoying this amenity.

P.S. Don't forget to stop by the office after your visit to the Pet Spa for a treat—for both you and your pup!

Hello Residents,

It was so lovely seeing many of you on Saturday for the Golden Egg Hunt! We hope you had a great time searching for golden eggs around the property even with all the rain that came down that day. It was also a pleasure having you stop by the office to enjoy treats and our Italian soda bar.

We’re happy to announce that Betty is the winner of the air fryer! Congratulations! We hope you enjoy it.

We’d also like to thank State Farm for contributing gift cards for our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place winners! Those residents will be contacted by phone today.

We’re excited about more resident events coming soon, so be sure to keep an eye on your email for upcoming announcements and flyers.

A big thank you to everyone who participated in the raffle and joined us for treats and refreshments. We truly appreciate it!

Stop by the leasing office on Thursday, February 12th, from 10AM–5PM to create a small beautiful flower bouquet for someone special. While you create your arrangement, enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks. Starting today, leave a review to earn an entry into our raffle for your chance to win a cozy Valentine’s Day gift basket! Need a gift wrapped for the holidays but don’t have the supplies? No worries—Veri at Timberhill has you covered!

From December 15th through December 23rd, 10am–4pm, our leasing office will be open for free gift wrapping. We’ll provide all the supplies you need to make sure your gifts are holiday-ready!

In addition to the gift-wrapping fun, we’re also hosting a donation drive for The South Corvallis Food Bank. The items they currently need are listed on the flyer, and you can find more information on their website below:
