The past seven days have been so productive, and non-stop 🏃🏾‍♀️⚡️✨✨

✅ two closed home sales: one Buyer client, one Seller client - Congratulations to my clients on successful closings!

✅ two new home seller client listing consultation walk throughs for Coming Soon properties: one in Corvallis, one in Veneta

✅ Toured the interior of six new listings in Corvallis for Broker Tour on Wednesday

✅ One new in-person home buyer client consultation completed

✅ …and one virtual new home buyer consultation scheduled for Friday

✅ Showed three homes to existing buyer clients in Eugene and Springfield; hopefully writing an offer on one of those tomorrow. They just have to decide which home they love the most🤞🏾🍀💚

I am looking forward to this Easter Weekend, for a much needed retreat with our families. After that… Back to the grind 🥰💪🏾!

We are FINALLY seeing an increase in available listings for homes with a Corvallis address! At 64 available listings today, we still don’t have enough for everyone who wants to buy a home at this moment in Corvallis. However, its a significant improvement from the 44-ish listings that were available during the official end of winter. I’m SO excited to continue to watch our spring market bloom 🏠🪻🌻

HELLO, SPRING REAL ESTATE MARKET 🌷🏡

March has been an active month, indeed. Check out these three beautiful homes I had the pleasure of listing this month. Located in Springfield, Eugene, and Cottage Grove. Each with their own lovely characteristics.

It makes me feel so alive to assist home sellers with every step of the listing process. From facilitating sprucing up curb appeal, cultivating vendors for professional cleaning & repairs, to scheduling listing photos, and collecting feedback from buyer showings… I am obsessed with being involved with every step of the process to ensure each listing is presented in its best possible light.
