I'm starting to think that this plumber was charging by the fitting. Just because they call themselves a plumber, that doesn't mean that they are one. Lol.

Sometimes it's just not safe or possible to get on the roof of the home. My drone came out to help check the chimneys and roof. Most wouldn't have been able to complete this inspection.

I love doing an easy foundation inspection once in awhile. The items circled in red is what I need to see on a manufactured home.

You might want to be sure your dryer vent is connected. All that moisture and lint can cause issues.

highly recommend. we found this by accident while going through. the owner was friendly and the staff. great food. clean place. worth the stop. this is our second time and will stop again when in the area.

This may look like a good idea for your attached garage unless you have an emergency like a fire to get of the home. You should always be able to get out quickly. It didn't work easily.
