The concrete is about 85% done. Hopefully we will have this house on the market next week! 
We will wrap the posts in stained wood and add stained tongue and groove to the porch ceiling. The board and batten siding will be finished up, and the driveway will have fresh gravel.

We’re hoping to have this one on the market this week!
Justin Thompson with First Response Excavating and Land Clearing LLC is pouring a new front porch and sidewalks and then we’re ready to finish the siding, clean up and list it!

Where we started to where we are now.

Progress can look like chaos…because it is 😜
It’s been a while since we’ve done a project this big. New siding (coming soon) new windows, new roof, new kitchen, new bathroom, the upstairs of this house has changed from one big room into two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
We even added a new garage.
