Sometimes in real estate, skill matters. Experience matters. Having the right team matters.

But sometimes? What it really takes is pure tenacity and refusing to give up.

This one tested everyone involved. Months of hurdles, problem-solving, negotiations, delays, and more than a few moments where it would have been easier to walk away. Instead, we had the right team, the right agent on the other side, and clients who trusted the process.

Today, we finally closed.

After 21 years in this business, I still love the thrill of finding a way to make it happen for my clients. There’s nothing quite like getting that call that says, “We’re recorded!”
