Kate Markert began her real estate career over 15 years ago after obtaining her license and focusing on the financial aspects of real estate as a mortgage consultant. She earned her graduate degree from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) in speech communications with an emphasis on interpersonal, intercultural, and persuasive communication. Kate takes great pride in helping her clients
accomplish their goals and is willing to go above and beyond to make their dreams a reality. Always conducting herself in a credible and trustworthy manner, she believes that honest and effective communication is a key component in accomplishing smooth and successful real estate transactions. She truly enjoys establishing relationships with her clients, so they feel comfortable calling with any questions or concerns throughout the transaction. Kate has lived in Costa Mesa, California, for over 23 years with her husband, Owen. They have three children — Aidan, Brandon, and Taylor — a German shepherd, Bailey, and two cats, Stella and Jameson. Kate enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, playing games, and loves watching her kids play sports.
