With a heavy but joyful heart, I announce the sale of my beautiful listing and childhood home. So many memories, so many milestones met in that home. We are so excited for the family that will fill those rooms again with love and laughter.

Pres. Trump spoke to the National Association of Realtors today about all things real estate, but specifically highlighted his creation of Opportunity Zones. Opportunity Zones are a great way to develop real estate in distressed areas. In return, the longer you hold the property, the lesser the tax burden.
