A California native and Orange County resident since 2002, Tina Horgan has extensive knowledge of the area and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Skilled in handling all types of real estate transactions, she is exceptionally talented at educating and expertly guiding first-time homebuyers through the complexities of the purchasing process. Tina prides herself on her compassion, loyalty, and strong work ethic, and she truly enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Additionally, her background in interior design and personal experience with home renovations provides added value for her clients. Originally from Northern California, Tina earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, where she later worked as a peer counselor. She has also worked as a weight loss counselor, lifestyle instructor, and personal shopper in San Francisco and New York City, where she enjoyed meeting and helping people with her finely-honed customer service skills. Tina’s love of houses, architecture, landscaping, and interior design drew her to a career in real estate. After mentoring in the industry for two years, Tina decided she couldn’t give it up; she has been a licensed agent since 2017. When she isn’t practicing real estate or working on the remodel and redesign of her own home, Tina enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and going on long walks with her two dogs.
