Home isn’t where life happens.

It’s where memories happen.

The Saturday morning pancakes.
The dog claiming the sunniest spot in the house.
The neighbors who become friends.
The stories told around the fire pit long after the kids should have gone to bed.

That’s what I hope people find when they’re searching for a home.

And that’s exactly what I see when I walk through Elden. 🤍

DM “Elden” if you’d like more information. ✨

❤️ This is what community looks like.

This weekend, I had the opportunity to participate in the 15th Annual Pushups for Charity event at Recoup Personal Training in Costa Mesa—a local business that’s truly all about heart.

The event raised money for , an incredible organization that provides life-changing support services for veterans and military families. Every pushup completed helped contribute to a meaningful cause.

What I love most about Costa Mesa is how often our community comes together to support one another. Events like these are a reminder that making a difference doesn’t always require something big—it starts with showing up. ✨

It was also so much fun collaborating with friends and fellow members of , including and , while supporting such a worthy cause.

Fun fact: This event was featured on American Dream TV last year!

Thank you to for hosting another incredible event and to everyone who participated, donated, and cheered others on. ❤️

A little Costa Mesa gem worth saving ☕🍵

From cozy corners and creative matcha drinks to great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere, Daydrift is quickly becoming a local favorite.

It’s spots like these that make Costa Mesa such a great place to call home—walkable neighborhoods, unique local businesses, and plenty of places to connect with the community.

Some people were born here.
Some drove here.
Some flew here.
Some crossed oceans to build a life here.

And somehow… they stayed.

Orange County has a way of becoming home in different ways for different people. 🌊

How did you get here?

As mental health month ends, awareness from the topic may fade from the headlines. For others, it is a reality every single day.

Here are some reflections on the last 33 years of the rut I’ve been stuck in. We all have our own story. Support one another & live life to the fullest.

Are you ready to slay what stands in your way?

Country Club on 17th Street is closed (for now). Have you heard what’s temporarily moving into their location?

The Newport Harbor Elks Lodge is about to embark on a huge remodel and is rumored to be moving in during the renovation.

Country Club stated on Instagram that exciting things are ahead for them - can’t wait to see! What do you think is on the horizon?

Costa Mesa - what’s got you most scared this summer? 😱

-Traffic for the in July & August?
-FOMO on the hottest new coffee spots & still staying loyal to the other local shops? Tagging a few new and old in the comments!
-It’s going to be a year of buzz about the high end grocer with $20 smoothies that’s scheduled to open on 17th Street in September 2027
-Only 3 concerts in the part in July - saving those dates now! July 14, 21, 28
-Fireworks EVERYWHERE! If you are not from here, your mind will be blown (literally)!

What did I miss that should be on the list?
