SOLD!! 2191 Canyon Dr, Costa Mesa
What a fun transaction I was fortunate to be a part of⌠and one that truly found me.
I first met the seller when he walked into one of my open houses. He shared that he was planning to sell and had met with another agent, but hadnât signed anything yet. I mentioned that I had a couple of buyers from previous conversations who might be interested and asked if heâd allow me a one-party showing. Thankfully, he said yes.
From that interaction I was able to forge a relationship with both sellers, along with my extensive knowledge of the neighborhood as well as our Midwest ties I gained the sellers trust and they continued to communicate with me.
The big twist is the seller was a social neighborhood walker and bumped into Kelsey on the street one day and explained he was selling his house, she came over later that afternoon looked at it and knew immediately it was perfect for her young family. Both parties decided they trusted me to facilitate the sale and here we are today with exciting news!
So happy for the Jones family to have found a home thatâs perfect for them with lots of opportunity to put design touches in over the years. The kids and family will share lots of wonderful memories in the home and in the community!
