Patricia Singer began her real estate career in 2000, first as a transaction coordinator then ultimately obtaining her license at the age of 18. After experiencing first hand the challenges and stress the home buying process had she wanted to guide others through this intricate process. Patricia's passion to help others obtain the american dream continues to motivate her in her real estate career
and her ability to speak Spanish, ensures a complicated process can be understood by her Hispanic community. In 2006, she pursue her real estate career in the REO industry and worked for a leading REO asset management company in Newport Beach, CA. For over 6 years she experienced selling bank owned properties. She was responsible for the property maintenance, rehab, marketing, contract review, negotiation, escrow, and eventual sale of thousands of properties across the nation. Working with over one hundred local real estate brokers across the United States for clients such as JPMorgan Chase Bank and Washington Mutual. With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and it's many facets Patricia continues to be passionate and driven to assist buyers and sellers in all of their real estate endeavors. She understands how intricate and unique every single real estate transaction is. Which is why her vast experience with first time buyers, REO'S, Short Sales allows her to ensure her clients needs are met. Patricia believes through hard work, dedication and consistency all goals can be achieved. Patricia will be celebrating her 10 year wedding anniversary in April 2014. They will be renewing their wedding vows in kauai, Hawaii. Her husband is a Buyer/Purchaser in the medical industry. They have two beautiful little girls, 7 & 8 years old. As a wife, mother she understands how important it is to call their home "home". They've lived in the city of Huntington Beach for the last 7 years and love their community. Patricia loves to assist in the activities in her daughters school and is looking forward to join the PTO board in the coming school year.
