DRE #01824904
NMLS #1087088 I started working in real estate when I was 18 years old. My parents invested in real estate since I was a kid and I guess you can say I was born into the business. I purchased my first home one month after graduating from the University of CA, Irvine, with a degree in Business Economics and International Studies. I worked for a Fortune 500 consulting company. I never t

hought I would’ve been able to accomplish this but the saying “where there’s a will, there’s way” couldn’t be any truer for me. Not just in my personal real estate goals, but in my financial goals and my health/fitness goals. Today, my goal is to help my family, friends, and clients achieve their real estate goals. I want to share my expertise in real estate to get them where they want to be. I do this because I take a holistic approach towards each person I work with. I love being strategic and analytical to maximize the opportunities. Buying a home can be a daunting process with many unknowns. My focus is to shed light on the unknowns and help my buyers through the home purchasing process. You already have a job to work Monday – Friday with your own deadlines and deliverables. Let me be your trusted advisor and make your transaction as smooth and clearly communicated as possible. For clients who are looking to sell their home, I do things differently than most agents. It’s given that I’ll use the basic tools available to most agents. However, through my experience working at several start ups in SF and just personal experience, I have a technology stack unlike other agents who are stuck in the past. I use the latest real estate technology tools to make sure that homebuyers see your home and the uniqueness of your property. So whether it’s buying their first home, an investment property, or selling their homes, I want to be the first person you think you when you think about real estate. Think Team Scuba Scott.

Late post but this Thanksgiving, I can’t help but feel so grateful for everything this year has brought. , we’ve been through so much together—supporting each other through the ups and downs of IVF, preparing to welcome our daughter, and making our new house a home. You’ve been my partner in every sense, and I couldn’t have done any of this without you by my side.

I’m also incredibly thankful to reconnect with Coach Jay at Jay’s Training Ground . Muay Thai became more than just training for me this year—it was a reminder of what it feels like to push past my limits, both physically and mentally. From the endless rounds of pad work, doubling up on classes, early morning runs with the AM crew, the many reps of ab workouts and combos, I found discipline, focus, and a community that felt like family. Along the way, I dropped 22 lbs, gained muscle, and rebuilt my strength—not just in my body, but in my mind.

To my Muay Thai family, I’ll miss you all so much. Thank you for everything. Here’s to growth, grit, and showing up to push me out of my comfort zone and helping me grow.

After years of hope, heartache, and determination, we are overjoyed to announce that we’re expecting a baby girl in Feb 2025! 🌸

Our journey has been long, deeply emotional, and one we’ve dreamt of for years. Today, we want to share our story for anyone who’s silently enduring the painful struggle of trying to conceive.

When Kate was 35, she decided to freeze her eggs. At that time, we were early in our relationship, uncertain about the future. Kate knew she wanted to be a mother, but with her career at its peak, she didn’t know when or who would stand beside her on that journey. (Spoiler: it turned out to be Scott! 😊)

We began trying to conceive even before our wedding in 2022. After months without a positive test, we turned to IVF. Our first embryo transfer didn’t implant, which was devastating. But we decided to return to our original fertility clinic for another shot. Kate went through a 4th retrieval, thawed the eggs she had frozen years ago, and we prepared for another try. But before we could move forward, Kate had to undergo two surgeries to make sure her body was ready for the transfer.

To say this journey has tested us is an understatement. 4 retrievals, 2 transfers, 3 doctors, 2 clinics, 2 surgeries, 3 acupuncturists, countless appointments, and too many shots to count (and not the fun ones)... but finally, here we are, with our little miracle on the way.

To anyone out there — man, woman, or anyone in between — who is navigating the uncertainty, the excruciating waiting, the heartbreak of this process. We see you. We hear you. And we hope that by sharing our journey, you find some comfort, hope, and a reminder that you are not broken. You are not alone.

As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Faith is taking the first step, even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” And though we know there’s still a long way to go, we are filled with gratitude and faith that we’re finally on this beautiful path.

To those still waiting for your miracle — keep going. You are stronger than you know, and your time will come. ❤️

Last week I had the opportunity of presenting a $10,000 scholarship from the Horatio Alger scholarship foundation. The recipient was Edgar Zarate from Fremont High School in Sunnyvale California. The Horatio Alger scholarship helps high school students who have endured hardships with financial aid for their college. They give out about $18 million in scholarships this year. I was a Horatio Alger recipient in 2006. It feels great to give back to something that has made such a big difference in my life. I wish Edgar the best in his studies and to have a successful career. Eventually he might be the one coming back and presenting awards to future students.

Higher purchase price doesn’t always mean you’ll win the house. 🏡 It’s how fast you can close the loan/escrow that matters. 2023 was full of helping many first time homebuyers get into their home. 2024 will be the time for our team to be the fastest closer in California when we help them refinance to a lower rate and save 💰. Proud to a trusted partner to our clients and their agents. Let’s go!!! 🏎️ 💨
