The client’s priorities included a longer fixed-rate term, interest-only payments, minimal lender fees, and a flexible prepayment structure. Additionally, the borrower was not a U.S. citizen, which can sometimes narrow the pool of lenders willing to participate.

After reviewing the client’s investment strategy, we strategically packaged the opportunity and presented it to our network of relationship lenders. We ultimately sourced the financing through one of our partner banks and were able to negotiate stronger terms than originally expected while meeting the client’s timeline.
