May 2026 Recap-
This month FLEW by. It started with Shenanigans Coordinator duties at the kids' school as I put together my 5th Academy Ball, coupled with Daniel and Elite Game Spot.
I hosted a broker tour for 2 of our listings.
We flew ✈️to Los Angeles for the LA TCG Pokemon Regional Championships. Most of made it to day 2.🎉 Gracen made top 32, solidifying his 2026 Pokemon World's invite, his 4th in a row, and his final year in the Juniors Division.
We spent Mother's Day at Universal Studios and had an absolute BLAST. I got to ride every ride I wanted, and some rides two or three times.
I showed homes. 🏡I hosted open houses. I sent offers. I sent counter offers. We received offers.
Scott and I had a handful of homes go back to back pending.
Gracen placed an Uno Reverse Card in my purse👛. It was just a little token that gave me a big smile.
We went 🛶kayaking for the first time this season.
We went to 🪂iFly in Portland for a school field trip. It was awesome!
We closed on one of our homes that had gone pending. We went pending on a few more homes. We showed more homes.
I hung out at the park with my boys while they threw a football.
I had a listing appointment. I probably sent about 3 million texts, at least 3,000 phone calls, and another 10,000 emails (slight exaggeration, but not by much 🤣) My life moves fast. It is constant. It is demanding, but also so fulfilling. I worked hard. I played hard. I was present for all of it. Every aspect of my life is important to me: realtor, mom, board member, wife, nature, fun, all of it. This year, I am truly focusing on my vision board's goals: cherishing moments because tomorrow they will be memories.
