Let's get to know our September agent spotlight Josh Gamer!! Josh works out of our Cottage Grove location and joined Badger Realty Team earlier this year and has been in real estate since 2022. He has hit the ground running and we are excited for him to be part of this team.
👉 What is your favorite part of being a real estate agent?
Watching someone's face light up the minute you walk in the door and just knowing "this is the one" and then seeing the smiles walking out of closing with their new set of keys. Priceless!
👉 What's your competitive edge?
I'd say truly taking the time to listen and making my clients feel like my family immediately. Every deal is different and making them comfortable right out of the gate.

When I was 11 I got hit by lightening. Seriously, I'm not kidding!
👉 What advice do you have for anyone looking to buy or sell right now?
