This might be one of the hardest houses for me to sell because of who it is. My Grandma and Grandpa are moving out of there house of 50+ years. I know it’s not easy on them. This is where they raised there family, had family Holidays and the place my buddies and I went to visit (eat)

It made me realize as a realtor that you have to understand the emotions of the seller to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Slow things down....

Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for all the great memories and I look forward to moving you into your new Cottage.
