Okay real talk: every inspection report looks like a horror novel. 100 pages, red flags highlighted in angry red, words like "moisture intrusion" just sitting there ruining your Tuesday.

Here's the thing nobody tells first-time buyers: EVERY house gets one of these. The 100-year-old craftsman. The brand new build. Your dream house. My own house. All 100 pages. All scary-looking. That's just what inspection reports do — they list everything, even stuff that's totally normal maintenance and not a reason to panic or walk away.

My job? Read the whole thing, tell you what's actually a big deal vs what's "yeah every house has that," and help you make a decision without a stress spiral. Nobody's house is perfect. That's not the goal. The goal is knowing what you're actually buying. 🔑📋

They say the best teams aren’t just built in the office… they’re built around dinner tables, road trips, new adventures, and late-night conversations.

This weekend was exactly that. Two nights away with my Wonderland family, making memories that had nothing to do with contracts or closings (okay… maybe a little real estate talk snuck in, considering nearly all of us are in active contracts). From an incredible dinner, to trying our hand at glass blowing, to ending the day with a bucket-list bonfire on the beach complete with co****le, s’mores, and way too much laughter… it was the perfect reminder of how lucky I am.

I’m so grateful to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together, supports one another, and celebrates each other both in business and in life.

A huge thank you to Lindsay Martinez and Scott Hartzell for putting up with us all, and such an amazing retreat. My cup is full, my heart is grateful, and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure. ❤️

They say if you want an offer, just take a vacation.

Well… I guess they were right.

While we are out of town, we received an offer on my listing, and I’m so excited for my sellers!

As funny as the timing is, my favorite part will always be making that phone call. Getting to tell my clients, “We got an offer!” never gets old. Hearing the excitement on the other end of the line is one of those moments that reminds me exactly why I love this job.

Helping people through one of the biggest milestones in their lives is something I never take for granted. From getting a home ready for the market to negotiating an accepted offer, I’m grateful to be trusted every step of the way.
