I’ve mentioned before how much I truly love working with first time home buyers and this time was no different.

Even through a few bumps and hurdles in the beginning and then a low appraisal one week before closing, we were able to keep it all together, moving as smoothly as we could to the finish line!

So thankful for their trust in me, their patience, and understanding along the way. I’m pleased to say they are officially home owners and can’t wait to hear about all the fun memories they will make in their new home! Congrats Stephen and Amanda, you deserve this!
