This weekend was a reminder of what really matters…

Of course, numbers matter. Goals matter. They keep a business healthy and moving forward. But I’ve learned that when you build a team of genuinely good humans—people who collaborate instead of compete, celebrate each other’s wins, lift each other up through the hard moments, and truly care about one another—the numbers have a funny way of taking care of themselves.

Our Wonderland retreat wasn’t about business strategies or production goals. It was about slowing down long enough to reconnect as people. Sharing meals, trying new things, laughing until our faces hurt, watching the sunset around a bonfire, and making memories that remind us why we choose to do this together.

Last year we came incredibly close to one of our biggest goals as a brokerage. While we didn’t quite cross the finish line, I couldn’t be more proud of what we built together. Success isn’t measured only by transactions or volume. It’s measured by the culture you’ve created, the people who choose to be part of it, and the relationships that make showing up every day worthwhile.

To every boss-babe at Wonderland, I see you!! And thank you for making this more than a brokerage. Thank you for treating each other like family, for always being willing to help, and for proving that kindness, collaboration, and genuine support are not weaknesses—they’re our greatest strengths.

I’m leaving this weekend with a full heart, endless gratitude, and so much excitement for what we’ll accomplish together in the year ahead. ❤️
