The housing market didn't crash, it just decelerated. When you're driving 80 mph on the highway for a long time, slowing down to 55 feels slow but you're still moving. Thats what's going on right now. We are still seeing high year over year sales price increases compared to years past. What do you think is going to happen in housing this year?

A lot of people think the market is going to crash like in 2008 but there are some major differences in what happened in that recession vs the current one. We're going to be in a market where there are still more buyers than sellers and people in our market shouldn't be concerned at this point.
